1. Program Access

Upon purchase of the Program, you will receive access to the questionnaire you must fill out in two weeks from enrolling in order to complete the Audit.

2. Payment Terms

Complete payments must be completed in full to retain access to the Program and related services.

3. Refund Policy

Because the Creator Growth Audit involves sharing sensitive, tailored strategies and behind-the-scenes insights specific to your business, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy and understand that the value of the audit comes from the depth of analysis, strategies, and sensitive information shared with you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to templates, worksheets, and strategy frameworks, is the intellectual property of Idalia Salsamendi Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials outside of your own personal use without explicit written permission.

5. Non-Transferability

Enrollment in Program is for the individual purchaser only. Access may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or party.

6. Client Responsibility

Results are not guaranteed. Your success in this Program depends on your level of commitment, follow-through, and application of the materials. You agree to take full responsibility for your results and decisions.

7. Code of Conduct

This is a collaborative and high-integrity space. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of confidentiality within group spaces will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Testimonial & Marketing Use Clause

By participating in Program, you hereby grant Idalia Salsamendi, its affiliates, representatives, and licensees the irrevocable right to record, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use, in whole or in part, your likeness, image, voice, statements, and/or contributions made during such Live Sessions, feedback, comments, written or spoken testimonials, survey responses, or other communications for promotional for educational, commercial, and/or marketing purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or compensation.

If you do not wish for your likeness, image, voice, statements, or contributions to be used for the foregoing purposes, you must provide written notice to [email protected]  prior to the commencement of the applicable Live Session. Failure to provide such notice shall constitute your consent to the foregoing grant of rights.

9. Program Access Duration

Upon completion of your questionnaire, the Audit will be delivered to you via email in digital format. You are hereby granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to retain and access the Audit for your personal use indefinitely.
