1. Program Access
Upon purchase of this Program, you will receive access to course materials, live group calls, and any additional resources as outlined at the time of enrollment. Access will be granted according to your assigned cohort’s official start date and will be released on a drip schedule.
2. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full price of the Program. Payment must be completed in full to retain access to the Program and related services.
3. Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your program starting if all the following conditions are met:
If approved, your access to the Program will be revoked and your payment(s) refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
After the 7-day period, no refunds or cancellations will be granted. No exceptions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, templates, worksheets, and strategy frameworks, is the intellectual property of Idalia Salsamendi Inc. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share these materials outside of your own personal use without explicit written permission.
You may not use any portion of the Program materials to train, coach, or teach others in a professional capacity without express written consent from Idalia Salsamendi Inc.
5. Non-Transferability
Enrollment in the Program is for the individual purchaser only. Access may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or party.
6. Client Responsibility
Results are not guaranteed. Your success in this Program depends on your level of commitment, follow-through, and application of the materials. You agree to take full responsibility for your results and decisions.
7. Code of Conduct
This is a collaborative and high-integrity space. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of confidentiality within group spaces will result in immediate removal without refund.
Group Integrity: Live sessions and community spaces are confidential and collaborative. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and refrain from any behavior that disrupts or distracts from the collective experience. Idalia Salsamendi Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed harmful, without refund.
8. Testimonial & Marketing Use Clause
By participating in the Program, you hereby grant Idalia Salsamendi INC, its affiliates, representatives, and licensees the irrevocable right to record, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use, in whole or in part, your likeness, image, voice, statements, and/or contributions made during such live sessions, feedback, comments, written or spoken testimonials, survey responses, or other communications for promotional, educational, commercial, and/or marketing purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or compensation.
If you do not wish for your likeness, image, voice, statements, or contributions to be used for the foregoing purposes, you must provide written notice to [email protected] prior to the commencement of the applicable live session. Failure to provide such notice shall constitute your consent to the foregoing grant of rights.
9. Program Access Duration
You will have access to this portal for 3 consecutive months from your cohort’s official start date. This includes access to videos, worksheets, call recordings, and any hosted content.
Once materials are made available, you are free to download them for lifetime personal use. We encourage you to save anything you'd like to refer back to beyond the 3-month portal window.
Please note: Access to the hosted platform may expire after 3 months, but your right to use downloaded materials for your own ongoing growth is unlimited (just please don’t share them outside of your own use — see Section 4!).
10. Attendance & Scheduling Policy
All live sessions are designed to support you at every stage of your journey. If you are unable to attend a/any live call/s, please note that all sessions are recorded and will be uploaded to your course portal for replay. Due to the group-based nature of this Program, make-up calls, reschedules, or individual replacement sessions are not offered.
Enrollment in the Program is final once your cohort has begun. Deferrals, pauses, or extensions to future rounds are not available. Participants are encouraged to engage with the materials at their own pace within the 3-month access period provided.
11. Technical Access
You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet access and appropriate technology to participate in the Program. Idalia Salsamendi Inc. is not liable for any technical difficulties on your end, including login issues, device incompatibility, or internet disruptions. If you experience a platform issue, please contact [email protected] for support.
12. Program Duration & Commitment
The Program is time-bound and designed to be completed within the specified cohort dates. Your progress depends on your personal engagement and time investment. Extensions beyond the access period are not available. No exceptions.
13. Payment Defaults
If a payment fails or is declined, access to the Program may be suspended until the balance is cleared. You remain responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, even if you choose to discontinue participation.
14. Disclaimer
This Program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace therapy, financial, legal, or medical advice. By participating, you understand that Idalia Salsamendi INC, Idalia Salsamendi, and her team are not licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals, and no part of the Program should be construed as such.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or technology outages), we reserve the right to reschedule live sessions or modify delivery timelines. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption.
16. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By pressing “Enroll Now,” submitting payment, or otherwise participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. No exceptions shall be made to these Terms & Conditions.
