1. Program Access

Upon purchase of the Program, you will receive access to course materials via your portal. 

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full price of the Program. Payment must be completed in full to retain access to the Program and related services.

3. Refund Policy

Any students who enroll in the Bootcamp and pay in full for the Creator Catalyzer program within 30 days of their Bootcamp enrollment date are eligible for a 100% refund of their Bootcamp payment. This refund will be processed once full payment for the Creator Catalyzer has been confirmed. No exceptions will be made beyond this 30-day window.

Outside of this specific upgrade path, all Bootcamp payments are non-refundable. This is because students receive immediate access to proprietary methods, strategies, tools, and training materials that are core to our unique framework and intellectual property. Once access is granted, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, templates, worksheets, and strategy frameworks, is the intellectual property of Idalia Salsamendi Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials outside of your own personal use without explicit written permission.

5. Non-Transferability

Enrollment in The Influencer Bootcamp is for the individual purchaser only. Access may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or party.

6. Client Responsibility

Results are not guaranteed. Your success in this Program depends on your level of commitment, follow-through, and application of the materials. You agree to take full responsibility for your results and decisions.

7. Code of Conduct

This is a high-integrity space. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal without refund.
